About the Role
Lead and contribute to the development of product roadmap.
Will be responsible for mentoring, teaching hard and soft skills, and managing metrics of development.
Mentors and manages a team of engineers.
Actively collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver the best product to the customers
Collaborate with the technical team to make sure that engineering is in line with all business functions.
Strong knowledge of microservices and software architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related major
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Engineer Lead or related field, preferably with start up background.
Strong experience with MySQL, PosterSQL, SQL Server databases.
Excellence in written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and leadership skills.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
